Working with Tim McRae to sell our house was a great experience. Tim walked us through the whole process making it easy for us as we had never sold a house before – he took the time to explain what each step of the process meant and what could arise (best-case and worst-case scenarios) so there weren’t any surprises. He helped me buy this house 9 years prior to that and working with him to sell it was even better.  He has an eye for details that make a difference to buyers and his suggestions were really helpful. I think the recommendations he gave us to prepare the house to sell, were in part the reason why we had an offer after only 4 days of being listed! He puts in the extra effort, even helping shoveling snow and chipping ice off the sidewalk to help prepare for the showings in the heart of winter.
